The “breganzese blend”, that is, a red wine obtained from the assembly of groppella and red Breganze grapes. The persistent and unmistakable tannin of the groppella meets the softness of the red grapes. Fermented in concrete and aged in exhausted cherry and oak barrels. Medium late harvest for red grapes and late for the groppella. Our varieties of red unve are found in clayey soils of volcanic origin, guyot breeding for the groppella and spurred cordon for the other vineyards. This wine has hints of black cherry, with a certain flavour and elegance, however it remains a wine of structure and intensity.
