This is the “champagne of the Breganzesi”. This white marzemina was refermented in the bottle in the growing moon of March. From the micro vinifications we have made, however, it seems to us that this variety expresses the best of its firm characteristics. An inimitable varietal that gives hints of musk, salt paste with wheat and vanilla on the nose, apricot and a bitter almond taste in the mouth. The almost amber yellow of the grape is found in the wine. A 20-30% chardonnay is added to give it structure; after hand picking, a soft pressing is carried out and fermented in non-vitrified cement tanks. The vineyards are 220 meters high from the sea, facing east and the soil is volcanic and clayey in nature, bred with the double inverted system. This is the earliest of our natives, it is harvested at the end of August.
