Torre rossa is our red wine par excellence. Groppella grapes of Breganze in purity in a plot with north south exposure, land and wonderful vineyards. The harvest is done by hand in these steep slopes between September and October, the fermentation is absolutely spontaneous, in cement and aging in cherry tonneau. At least three years of patience (or even more, based on what the wine and its flavor communicate to me). A slow … long rest … which should be tasted and drunk with the same slowness of its wonderful evolution. Its predominant feature is that of cherry, superb tannin and the flavor of our land … a sip of love ..
