This is a wine obtained from meticulous work and represents a selection of the bunches of two of our Crù, spontaneous fermentation in non-vitrified cement and aging for about 6 months in acacia barriques. High quality, superb and elegant wine with a straw yellow color; sapid, mineral where acidity meets the sweet honey flavour of acacia. French vinification of the grapes from the oldest vespaiola vineyards.
